  • 1 Cup Boiled rice
  • 2 tbsp Soaked gram lentils
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green beans
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Salt (As per your taste )
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Semolina
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  1. In a bowl add boiled rice.



  2. Add semolina and grind gram lentils and ginger.



  3. Add the grind ingredients to the bowl and add chopped vegetables.



  4. Add curd into the bowl.



  5. Mix it well to form a dough.



  6. Add gram flour and make a dough to form the shapes as per your choice.



  7. Make the shapes as shown.



  8. Place them in the steamer and stem for 15 minutes.



  9. Check it with a toothpick.



  10. Serve it with the sauces, chutney or dips of your choice.
